Sunday March 11

Rileys Private Ice Skating lessons are Sundays now. I took her this week, while the boys did the grcoery shopping. Pretty good training, eh??

Saturday March 10

Family picture day!! We have been going to the same photographer for a few years now and we love them.
Deborah Swanger Photography. I met them at a Halloween Doggie Parade that we went to with Aunt Becki and William. They actually took a picture of Riley with William and thats when i knew we would be trying them out for family photos.

This year we wore some sort of green and i'm pretty sure the pics turned out great! We won't get to view them for like 2 weeks yet, so we wait.

Afterwards, we were hungry for some pizza so we went to Little Caesers to munch, then to the grocery store because that evening Justin, Gabbie, Steve, and Bobbie Jo were coming out to hang out for the evening and we were cooking.

Friday March 9

Just when we sat back and thought.."Wow, Rileys sickness escaped the house without hitting anyone else" - BOOM!!

At around 1:00 today, Aydens preschool called me to say that he just isn't acting himself. He wasn't eating his lunch and actually fell asleep at the lunch table. I called Tim who immediately went to get him so he could be sick in the comfort of his home. He slept for a bit and then seemed to be acting fine, so we decided to meet up with Steve and Bobbie Jo for a much needed get together at TGIFridays for supper. Once we got seated..the bug must have hit him again. My poor little guy slept most of the way through dinner and didnt have one bite to eat. We took him home right after and hoped that he was better the next day..not just for him of course but because tomorrow is family picture day!!

Monday March 5, 2012

We have one down...

As soon as she woke up this morning, Riley stated that her head hurt. This is a normal from her on a Monday morning so it was brushed off as an "I don't want to go to school today"

As we went on though she clearly was not feeling well. Her poor little cheeks were so flushed and we then found out she had a temperature of 102.1. Tim had just gotten home from third shift, so he himself was heading to bed. I took a vacation day to stay home with her. For the most part she spent the day in bed, later afternoon she fel better enough to come out into the living room where there was a special little something waiting for her.
